I am subscriber of 79664574 for jio fibre Tv serviuce. service rquest number SR0000162DCB. My remote not working. lot of calls made to customer care but all calls are unansewered. scheduled engineer visit but all engineerrs are deef and dumb. No use of giving feed back. all of u r deaf and dumb and sucking subscriber money without making yourself for giving service. your service is good enough if there is no fault but if fault arises u r useless and fault is not rectified for long time.
