Image Uploaded by Rohit jain:My Jio Fiber Internet service is down from last 70 Days There is no internet .I have not received the service I am paying for I should get worth of service. I have already paid 6 month subscription in advance.
The problem began on February 19th 2020, when my Internet went down. I contacted customer service 15 times and written mail 20 times and tweet them more then 25 times about the service interruption. i got assurance from your side every time i call customer care of by email but No repairman was sent from last 50 Days.
I am really fed up with their service. they not providing the service I am paying for. I work online, so it is essential that I have Internet that is functional. If they cannot guarantee service they should return my advance amount and paid for the loose which i face due to internet service.
I have many proof that sure you that they are rolling me from past 2 months
