My father is using 2gb 84 day plan and last 2 weeks he is not using his data yet his data shows exhausted.
He goes airplane mode at night and doesnt watch much of youtube either and still within 2 hrs of basically static use it got exhausted.
He wakes up at 8 am and his phone is on airplane tye entire ight yet the session shows 5:45 onwards for an entire 1.9 gb of usage.
He is going to make an extreme effort to make sure that this behaviour is acted upon.
I have paid for extra data just so that he could use it for basic necessity.
After all the over inflated prices,this is jio service.
As a consumer I have been relentlessly trying to reach put to the customer service executives but IVR is all i get for all the money paid.
