myself sagar ahuja i am using jio number recently i change my phone and visit jio store to activate ESIM in my new phone near my home, and they active new number in my phone and after activation they told me old new esim is not available so when i check on google and call customer care i got to know it is possible now when i visit again they told me they did not told me that and i am lying they are not agree at all and not listening only and asked me to come back later then again i visit and asked to active my old sim again new excuse with rude behavior. help me to resolve this issue.
