Hi, i am a Jio customer recently i have tried to complain against jio network and internet fraud issue at Jio customer care but unfortunately I didn’t got the satisfactory reply they asked me to check the details and i provided them all the details where they found that they are in fault but still not ready to resolve the issue and provide the compensation. From the date of 24th March23 till today i am not able to use their internet and they have a long time network issue in MP State specially in jabalpur but still they are not providing any solution instead of that they claimed that i have used the complete data, 1.5gb per day but the truth is in my phone data usage details was showing not more that 75mb and they knew that they r in fault but still not ready to accept. I need my complete refund and compensation which I have earned due to their wrong commitment.
