This is Reliance JIO no 8810520733
I am facing issue as my data from 1 GB to 0KB within 6 min .
THIS ISSUE CAME ON YESTERDAY AND TODAY ALSO ON SAME TIME. I got SMS from jio claiming I have used 50% and then within 5 mins it says 90% and then a minute later it says 100%. Jio customer care told ” I cannot raise a ticket for this type of issue . and you can call after some time as i can’t connect to my boos “
There are so many other people complaining of same issue. I called 2times for customer care and they are told unnecessarily thing . am unable to work using jio no
I want refund for my plan or they should fix this issue.
