This is Reliance JIO no
Am facing issue as my data from 2gb to 0kb within 45 min .
THIS ISSUE CAME ON YESTERDAY AND TODAY ALSO ON SAME TIME .
Where am not used max 300kb . And jio customer care told ” I cannot raise a ticket for this type of issue . and you can call after some time as i can’t connect to my boos “
What type cheating for jio . I called 2times for customer care and they are told unnecessarily thing . am unable to work using jio no . they knowing to reduce my data plan soon with message came “you have exhausted your daily high speed internet quota of 2GB on your jio no 9176994188 “
where as am used same data on full day last 3 month . i never face this type of issue any time . so last two day what happened ” only they cheating me “
Please ask JIO to revert back last 2 day 2gb+2gb -600kg ASAP .

Whenever I play some song on jio Saavn app it consumes all my 2 GB data within 45 minutes and even if I pause the song ang go back to the home screen and close all the tabs still a notification pings me showing that jio Saavn app is draining your battery… I have to force stop the appto cheat from their own customers… If it repeats again I am gonaa switch it with another network. Better fix it ASAP. Thanx jio team
Same thing is happening with me to. With little to no uses all my data is o0o. I wasted atleast 4 to 5 1GB vouchers. No downloads just watched some YouTube. We should port from after they lose their customers only then they’ll address this.
I have noticed the similar issue with JIO and VI . For the similar office work without watching / downloading any video or online streaming data consumption is more in these two service providers. But if you use BSNL data usage for the similar job/work data usage will be lower. Airtel stands next to BSNL. For example BSNL consumes about 500 – 600 MB per day for a task . For the same task Airtel uses 700- 800 MB. But JIO and VI consumes 3-4 GB / day. Guess they put their over head encapsulation of data on customer’s head. Need to analyse the network traffic packets to prove it.

There is no network speed more than 1 mbps.
100% jio is cheating their customer.
