Reliance Jio has taken money worth Rs. 7364.92 from me on 1st April 2024 for providing Jio Air Fiber connection to me. Technician visited my premise on 4th April 2024 and after inspection he informed me that connection can not be granted due to technical issue. I sent mail to Jio to cancel the connection as their Engineer failed to provide the connection. Now it has been more than 2 months, since I am following up with them and they are not refunding my money. Every time, I contact them through email/phone they give lame excuses like “they are looking into it on priority” but the fact is that they are not doing anything. My order still shows the same status as it was 2 months ago. They have not even cancelled my connection it seems even after multiple email reminders. So far 41 emails have been exchanged between Jio Care and me but no result. They are purposely harassing me by not returning my money. They are doing fraud with me. Please find the attached screenshot where you can see the Order date is 1st April. It has been more than 2 month since I am struggling to get my refund amount of Rs.7364.92. Please help me to get my refund from Reliance Jio.
