Text of Complaint by Prabhash Singh:

I processed a rechage of Rs 297 using official myjio app which ddint got activated. Upon reaching out to customer casre they stated that the recharge is restricted to jio phones only. This is not mentioned in the myJio app clearly (Which is misleading the customer). Since this cant be activated, they are not refunding the recharged amount, nor converting it to any other recharge.

First of all they should have successfully recharged if it was not applicable for me and secondly how can they just accept money and provide any king of service(refusing to refund in any sort). This is clear case of cheating.
