It is for kind attention that Reliance Jio doesn’t allow use of Topup Balance. Despite repeated complaints at Customer Care or Jio Gallery the top up balance is not refunded/adjusted. Response provided that such option not existing. As per TRAI refund of un-utilized balance is to be paid IMMEDIATELY else it needs to be paid with penal interest.
Internet is flooded with complaints against Jio not refunding balance amount. Jio carrying out such trickery activity for income generation. Needful required to be done.
