I purchased a set up box of Rs. 1999/- independent tv on 14/10/2018 but no installation happen yet. I have my booking reference no 1003809850 and payment id 213661665. They give me 15 days time for installation. I want to refund my money immediately because they have not installed set box in time. I have so many time call to customer care but they did not respond properly also i was requested to cancel my installation but they not respond at all.
Please help me sir.
