I requested my Air conditioner to be serviced through ResQ app and then despite multiple follow ups no one came. Post raising a complaint through call, I was given assurances about resolution that someone will visit. However I received a call daily from customer service asking if I got any resolution.
When I mentioned that nothing happens the executive on call said he will escalate it , however then I started receiving calls daily in August from executive asking the status and despite my same response as first call every one gave same assurance. I got to know that they closed all my complaints stating “Customer denied to pay charges” which is completely false as no service guy ever approached me and when I wrote an email asking for proof that I cancelled the requests again I received call but no service. Suddenly I received a text that an technician will visit on 14 sep which again nothing happened. So now being mentally tortured from two months and having false allegations against me that I cancelled the requests, I demand a compensation for this mental agony and an apology and also a responsibility from them for any damage to my appliance due to delay in service
