I purchased aSa Speaker System from Reliance Digital on 28.06.2020 on line vide their Tax Invoice no. D225573100461383 for Rs. 5999/-. After delivery I found that the sound quality is poor, hence I requested on their toll free to return or replace with upgrade version of any make make ready to take Sony Home Theatre for Rs. 20000/- to 25000/-, but for 12 days they not properly responded online says contact local store and local store says contact online and finally today they refuse to replace. INow I need to return this product an require refund with interest also compensation for mental harrasement for 12vdays by Rs. 25000/-
