This is regarding the HP laptop service at Reliance Digital.

I had submitted my laptop for servicing on 30th September 2022 as it was not starting up, reason being told was motherboard issue.

Post providing my laptop at Reliance digital, I was hassled for a whole month, follow up after follow up. Also visited the store multiple times to check on the status of the laptop.

Finally, on 6th November 2022, I come to collect the laptop, and I see the screen is replaced(clear glue marks around the screen also screen quality was different), the mouse TouchPad is replaced(clearly visible) without any reason. The laptop has scratches and is damaged. It was clean and brand new when I gave it to the person Vasanth, you can cross verify with him. .

I am also attaching the photos here of the laptop post servicing where it is clearly visible that the laptop is damaged.
And now they are trying to give me the same damaged laptop.
