One of the executive name Bijoy Das (+91 89613 43249) stating that he is an employee of Reliance Capital Loan department and he discussed about the loan facilities which is being provided at low interest and for the personal loan he asked me for few documents like my aadhar card pdf. Pan card PDF. Cancelled cheque and my last three months salary slip… So on 30th of december i got a call from the verification team stating that they have forwarded my approval letter (attached as a photo proof with this complaint) and they were asking for making thr payment of first 2 emis in advance (rs 7734) and enach charges of rupees ( 24174 rupees) so i havr made the payment to the mentioned account details that is of hdfc bank (* REGARDS – RELIANCE CAPITAL FINANCE LOAN

* EMI AMOUNT – 7,734/-) so i have made part payment of 7734/- on 30th November, 2nd payment- 14000/- on 1st december, 3rd of 7000/- on 2nd december now they are saying that one person who claims himself as an account manager in reliance capital whose name is of sudip maity ( +91 74499 67932) is now out of office and it will take time for disbursement. So for this i missed my emi as i thought i will be receiving 2 lakh amount as a personal loan and i will close my existing emi’s but for this i have been humilated and treated as a frauder by the existing emi department and they said if i dont pay the money by 4th i will be sent to jail and they will let my family members know avout this as my dad is a patient of cardio and my mom is a high diabetic patient. So at this time i dont have option left with me without quiting my life.please help my family by giving them proper justice of my absence.
