Dear Sir,
in may 2020, I was abroad and only recently come back, since then I amto get release my number from mobile service provider. in may 2020 the service stopped working and provider was still charging every day and month service charges without resolving the technical issue.
this lead disconnection of the service, I am trying since weeks to either get the connection reconnect or release from appellate authority.
either, I receive as an answer we are working on this on priority basis or there demanding to pay for services, I have never received. Whenever I send them proof of my complain, they never answer me and the whole cycle starts again. Maybe because multiple people are working on it instead just one.
I just want my number released or disconnected and answer, why should I pay for services I have never received.
