I am A V L N Murthy, using TATA Sky since 2015 paying subscription charges regularly.
Few months back one of the channel continuously getting hang and a complaint raised to TATA customer service, they have charged Rs. 175/- and rectified the problem. Since last few days again one channel ETV getting hang, when contacted customer care again they are asking Rs. 175/- to visit and rectify the issue. I am paying certain amount to broadcast the channel why should I pay again to resolve the issue. They said it’s their process and expressed inability to transfer the call to their superiors also and not willing to share the direct contact no. to speak. After more than 35 mins discussion they given the customer complaint number 37A398UQ. They are reluctant to share the recorded conversation also.
