Hi, I took a Rs8000 loan from Relax Loan in (via the mobile app) a week ago, and only Rs6,500 has been credited to my account. After reading their terms, I gave them my personal information and accepted the loan. However, within a week, the loan recovery representative called me from an internet call (not from an Indian phone number) and scolded me and my family in foul language, forcing me to repay the loan before the due date. This is causing me pain, and my entire family is depressed. Request that the relevant department take action on this complaint. I decided not to re-borrow the money unless they were punished.
