I was checking my Cibil Score on Paisabazaar. But i found there a Consumer Loan running under my name with the Lender Name DMI FINANCE but as per my knowledge i haven’t taken any loan with DMI FINANCE and even it’s showing me there that there is a overdue amount of Rs.2946 and missed payment of january and february and the loan starts from september 2019 but as i said that as per my knowledge i think i haven’t taken this loan because i know that i always pay my EMI on time and if there was any overdue amount or missed payment the company should call me related to the same but i haven’t received any call for any of this that you missed your EMi or payment or any other stuff so i think that i have been scammed and i want the Consumer Complaint Court to go through against this and help me related to the same.
