Dear Sir,
I have purchased an AC on 10/05/2003 by full amount of cash 34000/- from Pravati Enterprises Bhubaneswar. AC installed based on SR No:9650694555 on 13th of May. Two authorized Voltas care people from cooltex have installed & found it was not giving cooling and informed by the technician AC gas pipe leakage when the product manufacture date is Jan 2023. Voltas Care people either damaged the product while installation or product was manufacturing defect. When i raised the concern that product should be return or replaced for giving good service. But Voltas care personnel said that this installed AC can not be returned only we can change the gas pipe. My concern is when i am purchasing the new AC why they will repair instead of replacement of the product and Voltas care people not providing me the proper service except harassing while calling for several times and care people damaging the product. Most of the time while calling also not replying over phone and keep their phone busy every moment. This is AC is lying as it is after spending 34000/-.
Kindly take immediate action by replacement of the new AC.
