I am a new Jio fiber customer (Reliance Jio) and facing slow internet seed and technical problem on my OTT apps sound not getting in spite of making telephonic and wht’s app complain to salesperson and his team manager there is no response.
Feel cheated and product mis selling and thinking of cancelling the services with immediate effect.
