Hi i am lalith, i hav purchased TV from chroma with zestmonety emi for 9 months. Everymonth i have paid approximately 4500rs for emi and i got interest cashback of aroud 300rs. It was ok till march, then i didnt get my cashback for march and i raised many complaints and finally i got after 20 day. Then again i am facing same for april month’s cashback. Already they taken 25 daz extra but now they want 25 day extra for providing cashback. They are not giving correct service, they are tring to cheat. Resolve this. Loan id is 6166E96C0645.
