I have been following up with videocon to transfer my recharge since 1.5 months.deepshika named executive was guiding me since one and half months .. which was completely wrong .. finally i called them and start compalining about the same .. Chandan kumar yadav have abused me on call..He used very bad indian words on recorderd calls.. i want to raise a huge complaint against the videocon team for using abusiuve language against their customers.. My money is getting deducted without being used ,.,. plus the customer care team is abusing me on recorded calls..
