Hi,
I am writing to you regarding the deactivation of my moms phone number by Reliance Jio in these difficult times of Covid-19. We have been trying to contact Jio by phone, Email, Twitter and various other means. They are not able to help us and also not able to give us a reason why her phone was deactivated.They are just delaying the process. It all statred on 18th April. Its been two days since we are not able to talk to our mom directly.
We have been paying the Bills every month before the Due date. There is no reason that we see that Relaince Jio should deactivate her Phone.
My mom lives aloan in India. Her phone was the only way we can get in touch with her. Now in these times of COVID-19, she cant even get a new number or go to a store. Please help us here.
