My Dad deceased two months back and he has PMJJBY insurance which is still active and valid till March 2025. I had submitted all the claim documents to the Bank within 2 weeks. But SBI bank rejected the Insurance claim by stating that the Date of birth in policy is not matching with KYC.
He has been paying insurance from last 9 years (Since 2015) but bank has never checked his Date of birth as per KYC document.
