On 25th August I ordered Samsung galaxy s21 fe 5g from Flipkart and I received my order on the very next day 26 August and then the product was there in the box it was open box delivery I received my product but the problem was it had a gap between its screen and the aluminium frame so I called Flipkart customer support in customer support they told me to visit the Samsung service centre and then on 28th August I went to the Samsung service centre.
The staff of the Samsung service centre said that it is a valid problem so we will provide you with dead on arrival certificate and then I got the dead on arrival certificate issued by the service centre on 31st August
The very same day evening of 31st August I called the Flipkart customer support and told them that I have got the dead on arrival certificate issued by the service centre so I want to apply for replacement the Flipkart service centre of you should me initiated me the replacement but it was to be delivered on 1st September but the problem was on 1st September I did not receive my package neither the DOA certificate was picked up by the delivery person because the logistics team of Flipkart gave a fake update and cancelled my replacement .
I called the customer support of Flipkart and told them that why did my placement got to cancel so they told me that you can again apply for it is you are having a problem we will complaint and then you will get the resolution the 5th of September but on 5th September I got a call from ecard which is the logistics of Flipkart but the senior executive of the Flipkart as me if you want a refund or a replacement so I ask them to give me a refund so the immediately initiated me the refund but later that evening office of September my refund also got cancelled by the logistics
team was not supportive all I called Flipkart customer support and asked them that why was my replacement got cancelled. so they told me that it has been cancelled by the logistics and then I applied again for the replacement and then they told me that you will get the replacement by 8th of September but later on 8th of September my replacement again got a rejected by the seller this time and then again and again and again .
They just keep dealing the process and provide me with later on dates that they will get the resolution by that they but they are not providing me then instead they are falsely updating my queries to be resolved but it is not the case in they are delaying the process in providing me with my replacement I am fed up with Flipkart .
I want my replacement asap or I am going to file a case in consumer court against Flipkart and the seller
And I am going to tweet this and post all this on social media that how you guys are scamming people. They are telling me now that the replacement period is over even though it was because of the failure of their logistics that my period was over Flipkart delayed the process
