Beacuse of some health issues we were unable to take tour in these two years,so we are requested customer care to extend our membership. My membership no is 220760, which was expires on 31/11/2025. We mailed customer care for the extension from March 2025, their reply is” we forwarded your mail to head office ” and we asked to book our tour in june,they told now peak season is there. When we call customer care, the person is talking so roughly and rudely. Fighting with us on phone.this is not the way of attending consumers.we have paid 80000 rupees in 2022 and we didn’t received any services from you.we want tour packages or refund money..
