I have been a customer of CSB for 20 years, and have been disappointed in clearing the cheque .When I was charged Rs 590, I did not understand why it was charged, where it was not due to principal funds or signature, or regarding cheque return policy.

This is the first time I am facing this. After all these years . When I enquired they mentioned to me that the cheque was post dated .The client I provided is one among the reputed distributors and manufacturers of the pharma industry, even though I have experienced better where I was informed by banks or distributors in such kind situations where it has been exempted from dishonored.

I don’t justify my mistake, where a single mistake where it can happen unknowingly has been charged and spoiled the reputation . This shows the greediness of a service, where I feel like wild animals waiting for prey .No emotion, values .When banks create a fault or error it is a technical error where we cannot cease them.

I request you take and follow up action to the greediness of the bank for such petty reasons. If it has any kind of genuine in this case refunds should be applicable to all customers.
