I make a warranty claim .When your delivery agent pick my product it was on good condition (body). There are no physical damage on it. But today i got this message that my claim is rejected because there are physical damage on it.
When I spoke to customer care they told me that they can’t help me if there is any damage during transportation. When I asked what I could do he told me it’s your problem.
