I had order a 9UK Shoe but I got a 8 UK shoe
I initiated a return for it but unfortunately the sole got dirty due to some reasons
The delivery partner asked me to cancel the verification on the product so that he can accept the return
I called Amazon executive she canceled the verification and my shoes was returned on 20th Nov
Now it’s been 12 days and i didn’t get any refund
Amazon Team is saying that I’ve sent a WRONG PRODUCT but I’ve given the same product in the same box

And if Amazon thinks I’ve returned wrong product then they should do the needful return my product

One More issue regarding this shoe was the MRP On the box was Rs. 2090 and I had paid Rs. 4629
Amazon executive said I’ll get my balance amount which is Rs. 2539 in my Amazon wallet which is also not received yet.
