I was using my postpaid number 965######9 since 2009-2010
Last year my father was expired and I have to go my home town and within same month I was got injured in a road accident I was unable to move from my bed and also unable to pay bill for two month continutily and there is no way to pay postpaid bill around my home air tel store was around 50-60 km away from my home and no one in my homw expect my mom and she already had knee problem so I was unable to pay bill of 1540 rs airtel company deactivate my number I explained to everyone who call me on my alternate number for bill payment I also told them verbly also mail them when I will recover from my injury I will make payment but they just ignore me and also give epic reply on mail that I don’t mail from registered mail id for that in told them I can’t reset password of my registered mail I’d without my this number which one u deactivate and after 5 month last week I come to Delhi and yesterday I make call to coustmer Care and they told me go to near by airtel store and today I go to store 1st they told me that they have to check number availability you will come after 4 hours when I go after 4 hours they show me company reply for my number that number is available but not for same coustmer this is my 10-12 years loyalty reward from airtel In my bad days and store executive also said me that y number appka tha an Nahi ha ab chahiye to 25000 lagega do Abhi dunga appko number I never try to port this number and also never try to convert into prepaid when I can make payment of bills since 12-14 years in lakhs in amount then I can also make this 1700 rs payment try to understand my situation but no one will give any solution even I ask for higher authority or greviance mail I’d none of one give that on all my banks passport aadhar card mail I’d pan card etc etc this number was linked now no one gibe me solution what can I do please anyone suggest me should I go to consumer courm
