This is regarding the relocation of my Airtel digital tv (customer id 3020128830, ser no 002.
I am trying to get my relocation done From the last six days and my Airtel mobile no details are clearly evident in this regard.
I followed every single which Airtel guided me but still no Airtel digital service is not provided to me so far.
i have wasted my 50 hrs approx in calling/speaking to the Airtel executives and felt harassed at every step.
i request you to please direct Airtel to peruse all the records and get me the digital service without further telephone calls from me.
