I made a wallet reversal request on 31st August 2021, the amount of which is Rs.9931. Till date this amount has not credited in my bank account. In this process I have contacted many times to Goibibo care and also sent many mails to “travel@goibibo.com” “grievanceofficer@goibibo.com” but the money has not been credited even on the time taken by them again and again, this is happening again and again.

Please check it and credit my wallet amount to my bank account.
