Jeeves not provide the reimbursement amount which I was paid to one plus engineer for my TV service charges in April month.
Jeeves executive told me that in 5-6 days after the bill will be submitted they we will be give me back the money which I have given to one plus company. It’s been 5 months now and I’ve mailed 66 and calls many times.
And they reply same in every mail that we will give you solution in 2 days and you also reply that they have alreay sent money in your account and they give a UTR number which I am giving here

with this UTR no. When I checked with the bank, the payment did not come. bank asked to me for transaction ID, transaction mode, bank details, on which I also called in the jeeves company and requested by mail that the bank needs these details, but still the first one replied the same.
And payment is still not credited in my account. I need help please contact them
