I was using Airtel Black and in last month I exit and in between there was excess amount of around 1500 was credited to airtel. Before MNP I talked to Customer care and he said the amount will directly credited to you account but it’s been 3 weeks but still i didn’t receive my amount. My mobile no was 8409887235 now its Jio. Please update on this. I’m also trying to connect with customer care but not able to reach
