Dear Team,
on 1st April 2021 Me & my family travelled from wroclaw poland to New Delhi India via frankfurt Germany on lufthansa flight LH-1375 & LH-760.
I was submit my baby buggy/stroller at wroclaw at plane gate & they had return at frankfurt germany. after my layover at frankfurt i resubmitted buggy/stroller at boarding gate. but at delhi airport I received damaged buggy/ stroller.
I raise a report ( file reference number for damaged baggage is -DPR DELLLH36810) and handover Brocken buggy to your team on arrival. i already provide original invoice to them but still they are not replying back.
But till date its almost 1 year no one replying my mail or not reimbursed my amount.
