This is regarding the recharge that I have done for mobile no.9805695010 of Airtel on 14/05/20 through online PNB website of INR 448, and I received the confirmation message of the amount deducted but actually no recharge done by Airtel.Till date No refund done by Airtel . TXNID:20051436320
However later I received the message from Airtel stating “ Dear Airtel Customer, Rs448.00 is no longer a valid recharge. Recharge with Rs449 and enjoy truly unlimited Local, STD & Roaming calls on any network, daily 2GB data and 100 SMS. Pack valid for 56 days..Trans ID 908344982.“
Please do the needful and refund the amount to related bank account.
