I was contacted by some Airtel representative for Xstream broadband connection. I was asked to pay an upfront fee for 3 months amounting to 2828 INR, which I paid. Later on the connection wasn’t possible due to unavailable resources at my location. Now it has been more than 1.5 months and have received no replies from the customer care.
It is such a bad experience, I wont recommend Airtel Xstream to anyone ever.
