Text of Complaint by Anjali Kumari:

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about reimbursement for canceled tickets by Air India airlines.

The issue that I have experienced was my ticket cancellation fees have not yet been returned. On November 19, 2020, I canceled my ticket. I sent several emails to yatra infoservice and received the same response “We regret to notify you that your airline refund has been delayed. To follow up on your refund request, we’re working closely with our airline partners.We would like to apprise you, that your refund application number 4000710263 is pending with the Airline for authorization. Once authorized and we received the refund from the Airline, we will update you accordingly.” I want my money back, not an apology. Please, do the needful!
