I have a Tata-Sky Multi TV Connection; 1Primary + 3Add-on. My recharge was due in Aug2019 and hence I received a call from Tata Sky representative for the same. I informed the representative that I want to discontinue my add-on connection. He suggested that rather than disconnecting the connection I should rather put a suspension on my add-on connection. I agreed with him and asked him to provide me with the amount to keep my primary connection active for a period of 1year. 3months later my connection is de-activated. When I called Tata Sky they informed me that I was charged for all my connections. I placed a complaint regarding the same on 29Sep and was informed that they would get back to me by 2Oct. Unfortunately, they told me that my phone was not reachable and hence they closed the complaint. After several days on 7Oct, I placed another complaint and they told me that the complaint will be resolved by 8Oct. I did not receive any call back from Tata Sky and hence on 9Oct, I called them in the morning at 9:00 am. They informed me that the due date is 9:15 am so I should be expecting a call any time soon. I did not receive any call from Tata Sky until 1:30 pm so I called back and then they informed me that the complaint will now be resolved by 10Oct 9:00 pm.
Tata Sky is not also ready to start my temporarily until they resolve the issue.
