Every week , I got network problem , it is affecting my online work and meetings . I have the postpaid service and when I call on 121 then it said that I have completed my data but in airtel app it shows me I have still 280gb left from 380gb. And when I use airtel app help and support , it shows me that airtel sim is not in primary slot ( but both the sim I used are airtel). Please do solve this problem otherwise I am just shifting all my sims and family members sims to Jio postpaid.
