I am Shruti from Sirsa my airtel broadband connection is off since last 4 days I have also complained to coustmer care but still none of their agent or engineer came to my home for chck the wifi issue.
This is all because of Airtel staff, their service is very poor. In this, although I repeatedly called Sirsa airtel customer exexutive but they never cooperate with me i give all this detailed information, but they have been telling me visit for three days without paying full attention to my complaint. And their team didn’t do any visit or complete any process. I have been taught over and over again that 4 turns into 2 turns into 2 turns.
They are totally careless their service is totally bad my work is totally off plz my urgently complete resolve. And airtel thanks app is also useless . Airtel provide very poor service to their customers i m very fed up with airtel service .
