I just took out my old SIM card to use in my new phone, but whenever I try to call, it keeps telling me that my SIM isn’t registered, but when I contact the Call Centre, I get the SIM registration status message telling me my SIM has been registered.
Please, I would like for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
