I can’t register my number on Mythanks App . Error shown is “” Invalid CCOP status” .

I can’t see my bill which is sent to my address because I forgot the password  and my password is not the same mobile number I am using .

I am trying to contact and talk to customer care but i suppose it is tougher than finding God because apparently , you have everything at Mythanks App.

I am pissed off that I am using 2 post paid connection from airtel and I cant even get to talk  with a customer care executive.

If you care about your customers , then do give me a call or else,

I don’t have any other option other than switching this to some other network provider.

So if you can’t help, at least help me to switch to some other network.
