I ordered a product neck pillow order I’d -OD225431871719572000. but it not delivered yet I raised a complaint more then 8 days but your Tamil guys or cheating and say only sorry and wait for some time … And closed the complaint without my acknowledgement then I called continuously still no resolution given from your side now a time also I called your team members then put a call on hold and go away PFA.. I’m totally disappointed using Flipkart after delivery date I went to hub while checking with at hub response person Suresh they told your delivery stoled by delivery boy I raised a complaint for refund so i leaved that place still I got no information about that product kindly do needful refund or reorder my product thank you or share the escalation team email or contact number
