Sir, I , Kanchan Sharma having Amazon account mobile no. 8743087817 and ordered Crompton optimus 65litre desert cooler on DTD 11/08/20 having order no. 408-5328346-5301122.
At first in order section it showed that it will deliver on 18/08/20 but after 18/08 date changed to 21/08 and thus it was increased several times but still on 06/09/20 it was not delivered and till no any communication fm seller side got after several reminders to u through call centre executives.
So,this shows complete lackness fm seller side as well as fm ur side…
If product was not deliverable then why you have given next 48 hours several times.
I had requirement of that product very urgently……
U have lost my time,money as well as requirement of product at that time….
So , I need compensation for that product as well as hard action against seller and that information should be communicated to me….
