This is in regards to the phone call received from the hdfc bank recovery department from phone   number 855906961. I have a pending creditcard loan for card no. 5459649200050291 and amount of approximately 45k . Right now I am facing a business loss and I am unable to pay the due which the same has been forwarded to recovery department of hdfc bank and I had asked for some time for the adjustment of the due balance . But today the recovery department is calling at my sister number 9877105627 and abusing her saying ( sali call girl Tera Bhai Tera dlal hai or tum Puri family dandha krke ho sale hrami or gashti anpe Bhai ke sath sone Vali Bhai ki Rand …ect…) This type of action taken from hdfc side recovery is a very bad impression to customers …if I am unable to pay the due we agreed for legal action but this is really worst calling at my sister number and abusing her … I will complaint about this to the consumer court regarding the same issue of how hdfc is treating there customers if they delay in paying back the dues. I hope you will take some action regarding this and also I will Lodge a police complaint because the no bank has the right to abuse and harass the customer family if the fall behind paying dues.
