Hello,
I am Mitesh R from Ahmedabad, My number is 6357155666 as the primary number, and also have another 4 numbers bought from VI as a family pack
I had requested yesterday on the date of May 13 for port number for primary and other 3 numbers. And since then VI customer care is harassing all my numbers calling every 2 hours requesting to send the cancellation request.
This does not sound like support but extortion. Although I have told them clearly that I am not looking for any of your help and not interested in any of your offers, they still calling me and all other numbers requested for UPC Code every 2 to 4 hours. Every time they call, there is a different person on call, and looks like this is the system-generated settings that the dialler keeps calling no matter what.
The upfront says that if you do not want to receive any more calls then cancel the port. This is how they are harassing me and my family members clearly.
Please do needful with the immediate effect to make them stop this calls.
