Text of Complaint by Krishna Vishwakarma:

have paid security deposit at the time of joining with excited broadband afte 4-5 months local provider of excited discontinued their services in my locality on dated 9 jan 2023 hence i raised ticket for security deposit refund and partial payment refund for balance service days on same 09 jan 2023 and call them multiple time after 3-4 months tey told me withoud device subimission we do not process any refund hence again i have called them multiple time and raised ticket for device collection and submitted device on 09 apr 2023 as per excitel terms and conditions 60 days are completed on 9 june 2023 in between 9 jan to till date have called them multiple time they are telling the ticket is open we are escalating your request it will be process soon but from past 7 months i did’t received any halful action please take immediqte action
