i have issue,i ordered 25th of September 2022 oneplus 50inch 4k tv with exchange but exchange guy came and my old tv was runing infront of him in doing checking time he did damaged my old tv & he run way from my home for reason now I’m not getting new tv and even my old tv also not working.
i raised the issue in customer phone call but no one not solved the problem.and if I’m going to ordered new one also that offers got close what to do now????
1.i got deducted the amount.
2.damaged my old tv also and he runway.
3.new product not recived.
kindly resolve this issue.
